We want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your order.  If we make any mistakes in the processing, embellishment, or embroidery of your item(s) we would be happy to send you a replacement at our expense.

We do offer different styles and weights of tote bags.  We would be happy to send you a returnable sample of the bag and/or ribbon that you are considering because once we have embroidered the item for you, we cannot accept a return or replace the item free of charge because you are unhappy with the style or weight of the bag or your ribbon or embroidery selection.
